Vector is a scam. You sit through 3 days of training on how to deceive your customers (who are initially your family and friends when you start out). They tell you it's a flexible job, when in reality, your manager gets all bent out of shape when you call at 8 am and don't have 10 appointments lined up everyday this week. Then they expect you to make calls Sunday night after 9pm to set up appointments for the following week...this pisses people off cause it's late and it's Sunday, a day normally dedicated to family time and a day off. The managers tell you you will be paid for all of your demos even if you don't make a sale (which is bull, I only got paid for those I made sales at). The branch I was at (for 6 days before quitting) required 2 mandatory meetings a week, on top of calling every morning before 8 am, on top of making phone calls Sunday night after 9 pm to schedule those 50 appointments you are expected to make, while feeding you lies trying to convince you just how flexible your mediocre job is. My manager also informed me that we would not earn commission until we reached a certain CPO level...then they send me a letter after I quit saying I owe them $30 cause two of my customers returned their orders. So on top of not getting paid for all of my demos I also have to pay $30 in commission that I never received! Cutco knives are crap, Vector is a manipulative company that thrives on naive students who are just trying to make a few extra bucks over the summer. The managers play all these mental/emotion games with you to trick you or guilt trip you into making them more money. Working for Vector was the biggest mistake I ever made and I strongly encourage anyone who runs across this comment to NOT TAKE THE JOB!! You are just an additional comma in the company's/manager's paycheck.

I used to work for Vector Marketing a couple years back when I was still in college. They are not a scam and are a great company to work for.

Not sure where to post this but I wanted to ask if anyone has heard of National Clicks?

Can someone help me find it?

Overheard some co-workers talking about it all week but didn't have time to ask so I thought I would post it here to see if someone could help me out.

Seems to be getting alot of buzz right now.

Thanks
