Ice Melt
I awoke this morning to a welcome site, much less snow and ice that what was around last night. I believe it rained most of the night and it really is fantastic to see much of the ice gone. It was warm all day today and is supposed to be like this tommorrow too. Spring is just a little ways away and I for one can't wait.

Cosmetic Beauty
With so much attention in the media, tv, and movies about beauty in isn't much wonder that many women feel the need to have breast augmentation sugery. Now it can be a difficult decision for many women to feel like their brests are not large enough to decide what to do. There are many options available as far as size for women to decide on and anyone considering this type of life altering surgery to think about. To increase self confidence a moderate augmentation could be considered but how many times do we see brests on women that simply do not fit their body size. Sometimes in life bigger is not necessarily better and you should definetly take time to talk to your plastic surgeon to be sure what size augmentation would be appropriate for your body porportion. The proceedure itself has become quite routine and generally takes as little as 1-3 hours to complete on an outpatient basis with general anestesia. In most cases recovery to general activity like work will happen in about a week with some bruising, swelling and discomfort present for the recovery period. For more information be sure to checkout the charlotte breast augmentation website to help decide if this cosmetic option is best for you.
The new addition
My wife recently bought an SUV so we could get around to things better, we are so busy with both working and keeping the kids going in their activities it was exhausting trying to keep up with only 1 vehical. Now when we got the SUV one of the biggest things it was missing over our van was a built in DVD player, which we use a lot with the kids. We went out shopping and yesterday we got 1 installed in her vehical, it is great and the kids love it. We now use her vehical more than our Van as it has warranty and is better on gas and now it has the same entertainment features.

How to catch a man's attention
Now from the males perspective I want to give you my thoughts on perfumes. That being said ladies I'm sure you've heard the saying the way to a man's heart is through his stomach and that can be very true but I have to say the men also have a strong focus on scent and to Talk Perfume for a minute you need to focus on the scnets that get most mens attention. For me there isn't one particular brand of perfume but basically anything with a food scent is intising to me, now I don't mean a strong scent but just the hint of strawberry, or vanilla will catch my attention and I know it is the same for most men. Forgo everything else and just give it a try sometime with your man friend and you will see what I'm talking about. If you want to get him nibbling at you give him the smell he will relate too, chances are he doesn't think about eating flowers too often now does he. Men are simple lead them to the troth and they will drink it up.

Peanut allergies, new hope?
I came accross this exciting article today and thought I would share it with you all.
Tiny study suggests peanut allergy can be overcome
Doctors in Britain are closer to finding a cure for severe nut allergies, according to a study published Friday.
20/02/2009 12:14:08 PM
CBC News
A research team at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge exposed children gradually to tiny amounts of peanuts over six months to build up their tolerance.
It is the first time such a desensitization program has been used to treat a food allergy.
Four children - who risked fatal anaphylactic shock from contact with traces of peanut - took part in the study published in Allergy.
The children were initially given a dose of five milligrams but by the end were able to tolerate 880 milligrams - equal to five peanuts.
"We've shown it works. We've shown it can be done safely. Now we're at the stage where we need a larger trial and perhaps a control group, so that we can show it has a large effect," said Dr. Andy Clark, the study's lead researcher.
The research provides hope for the one in 50 young people in Britain with a nut allergy, he added.
"Every time people with a peanut allergy eat something, they're frightened that it might kill them. Our motivation was to find a treatment that would change that and give them the confidence to eat what they like," Clark told the Guardian.
Thirteen-year-old Carl Morris took part in the study.
"I got pretty scared when I was eating things with traces of nuts, but now I can just freely explore different foods that may have killed me before," he said.
Kate Frost is the mother of a nine-year-old boy who participated in the study.
"It's very hard to describe how much of a difference it's made, not just in Michael's life, but for all of us," Frost told the BBC.
"A peanut allergy affects the whole family. You can't go out to a restaurant. If your child goes to a birthday party, he takes a packed lunch."
It's estimated that more than 150,000 Canadians suffer from peanut allergies. About two per cent of people can have an anaphylactic reaction to an allergen, and peanut allergies account for 50 to 100 deaths in the United States every year.

Today is Daytona 500 day what an interesting race it should be with all the changes over the off season I am wondering what will happen. How will the rookies finish this race, Lagano will be watched very hard. Can Tony stewart or ryan newman make some noise on their new teams? Could Jeff Gordon end the losing streak, we will have to see how things turn out. It will be an exciting race that's for sure.

Looking for an upgrade
With the upcoming Daytona 500, I have been very interested in searching for a new TV, mine is about 10 years old and with all the fantastic new tvs there is available in the market right now it seems like the perfect time for me to upgrade. It can be very intimidating going into new technology when you aren't necessarily the most tech savy person out their but it is certainly time for me to upgrade to a digital tv . There are so many things to consider when shopping for a new TV, it's not just all about the size and price anymore there is a lot to think about. We were debating about an lcd tv or a Plasma screen tv. Another thing to consider after deciding what type of TV you want is the price and this can actually be the most work of all. A good price comparison can take a lot of work and a good place to help you save time is to do some research online rather than travelling store to store. Now of course once we picked out or 32" LCD we had to call our cable company and upgrade our service to HD digital service to get the true experience of our new TV and the Daytona 500.

I'm coming home today!
I am excited to see you all tonight, I am missing you a lot. I hope you have fun skating today, and Kohl don't forget to take you speech book to class with you today, ok!
I am hoping to be home by 7pm so I will see you all then, except Trinity as you will be at dance and Mom you will be at work.
Today's riddle might be hard for you all to figure out but that's part of the fun I guess. If one of you find the treat of the day, it is to be shared with everyone!
Look around the house and think of something that is coming up this weekend that you said you wanted to watch with me (Kohl and Trin said this so they will have a better chance) When you figure out what this go to where these things will be in the house. Peek around them and you will find a little something for you 2 each though share with everyone.
I'll see you tonight,
Love Dad,
PS, Carrie, I will have a little surprise for you tonight when you get home. :0)

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope you are all having a good time and know that I love you all very much. I am looking forward to coming home tommorrow night and can't wait to see you all!
Today I will make you work harder for your surprise.
I'm a dark place that only sees light when you open me.
Normally you do this every morning and if you do your chores every night too.
There are lot's of different colors in me
Sometimes my friends get lost in the dryer but eventually most of them match up eventually if Breigh doesn't eat them first that is LOL.
If you figured out my riddle go check where you think it would be and see what I left hiding for you, look hard I hid them good.
Love you lot's
DAD
XOXO

Miss you Already!
While I'm away I thought I would still play a little game with you so check this out for some surprises.
Here's a little scavenger hunt for you, as it's only the first day that I'm away I won't make it very hard for you to find this one.
This is a place you visit every night,
It keeps you comfy at night and you head just right.
You can fluff it but whatever you do don't throw it,
if you figured out what it is than go check under yours for a little surprise.
Know I'm thinking of you all and love you very much.
Love,
DAD
