Fathers Day Dream

It's Fathers day and the thought that comes is today is my day to feel special and important, a day when the family will show their appreciation for the early mornings, all the days of making lunches, taking them to school, helping with homework, getting them to their games and activities on time and using every spare minute all for the family and never putting myself first. It's true I choose the family life and I wouldn't give it up or change it for anything but it would be nice if only even for 1 day of the year to feel truly appreciated by them.
