Topamax was developed to help people that were effected by migraines and epileptic seizures. This drug was supposed to help people and it did accomplish that but it also has been linked to birth defects for people that became pregnent while using the drug. The defects were cleft lips or pallets in the children born to mothers taking the drug. A Topamax lawsuit is being worked on by a team of Personal Injury Lawyers to find compensation for those effected by this drug. Hopefully compensation can help them find some closure and solutions to get on with life. The joy of life is such an incredible thing and to see families disrupted from the drug companies carelessness and lack of research.

The last laugh
Last Laugh
A man walks into a pharmacy, buys a 3pk of condoms then walks out of the store laughing hysterically.
The pharmacist thinks this is weird, but, “hey, there’s no law preventing weird people from buying condoms,
maybe it’s a good thing?” the next day, the man comes back to the store, purchases another 3pk of condoms, and once again leaves the store laughing wildly. This piques the interest of the pharmacist. “What’s so funny about buying rubbers?” thinks the pharmacist. So the pharmacist tell his clerk, “If this guy ever comes back again, I want you to follow him to see where he goes.” Sure enough, the next day the laugher is back, he buys another 3pk of condoms, starts cracking up, then leaves. The pharmacist send his clerk out to follow the guy. About an hour later the clerk comes back to the store. “Did you follow him? Where did he go? Asks the pharmacist. The clerk replies, “Your house!”

Spiderman the musical
I have been hearing about this for years and apparently finally it is getting ready to offically open in New York. It has been an organizational disaster with huge cost over runs and many re-writes to get things right. It sounds like it is in the right direction now and I would love to have the opportunity to get to New York to see the show, perhaps someday we will have the time and money to make the trip.
Summer time fun
OK, enough is enough, I have been waiting for 2 weeks to mow our lawn and it is still raining. It is apparently going to rain for another 3-4 days yet before we get 1 day of sun, I don't think it will be enough to dry things up. I can't wait for some warm weather to arrive so I can enjoy the outside yard work.

Poor Health Benefits
It is so disapointing to hear about health issues that are caused by the drugs that are supposed to make us better. You would like to think that the health risks would be completely checked before the drugs were distributed for use in people. I recently heard about a Topamax lawsuit that has come about from the side effects of this drug that was perscribed for relief of migraines and epileptic seizures. Topamax has been linked to birth defects including cleft lip that can be extreamly severe. If you think you might have been effected by the use of this drug be sure to contact the link above for more information on the upcoming lawsuit.
changes for the kids
We are working on getting the kids registered in their new schools for next year. It was wonderful how accomadating they were to us even inviting the kids to come for the last week of classes to get to know some of the kids and make their transition easier for next year. It seems like a great school for the kids and High school for Jay. The kids are excited about the new programs the schools offer so hopefully everything goes well with the move.
Moving Time
Well we are on the move again, it's not what we had planned for but we are trying to make the best of our situation. I will love when the day comes that I can write all about what happened to us but for now I have to keep things quiet (legally). We are working on getting everything set up in our new residence and away from our current home. Wish us luck in our move.
